Renewing passport after submitting Express Entry application

Hi,

I have submitted my express entry application on March 17th. My passport is about to expire in 5 months and I'm in the process of renewing it. Is there anything I need to do after receiving the new passport? Would it have any impact on the process?

Renewing your passport won't have any impact on your PR process. Once you have your new passport, inform IRCC through a web form and attach a copy of it as well. I renewed by passport while my application was still being processed and I got PR.
