Renew TRV via Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) by flagpole (with valid PGWP)

I know there are a lot of people here who are willing to help.

Situation:
My entry TRV visa (not PGWP or study permit) is expired (20 MAR 2016), but I want to get it renewed before I leave to a conference in Europe.

My Question:
We all heard about "flag poling". So, Can I have it renewed through nearest Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) instead? if YES!

what are the other documents that I need other than those are listed below:
- valid passport
- valid status in Canada (I know any of them works PGWP or study permit)
- valid US visa

Afaik visa cannot be issued at POE. Only some types of work permit.

No. TRVs cannot be obtained by flagpoling. Your options are to apply from within Canada or wait until you are outside of Canada.
