You should renew your PR card within 6 months of when it will expire (unless you have no travel needs for it of course). See link below to get you started:

You don't have to renew it but if you want to, you can apply as early as this month, no more than 6 months before it expires. You also can't have been outside Canada for more than 1094 days in the past 5 years or since you got your PR if that was less than 5 years ago.

You have to mail the filled forms and supporting documents by post. You can however pay the fees online. Have a look at both links posted earlier, everything you need's in there.

What are the papers that must be the oldest with the renewal application and whether the oldest members of a separate application for each On in my family or in a single application and thank you

With respect I don't understand your question likely due to language issues. Read the guide it will explain what is required. It is better for each person to apply separate for their renewal. The most important thing is to apply only when you have a minimum of 730 days of physical presence in Canada in the 5 years prior to application. You can get assistance from friends, families, lawyers etc if you are not comfortable filling the forms but you must provide truthful details and remain responsible for the information provided.
