Most certainly not. Enough members in the forum have below 400 and are eligible.

just because I have not added my 10 , 10+2 in my profile , my profile is being rejected.

but this is surprising

You must get confirmation of your nomination, register for Job Bank, or update your profile with a valid
job offer within 30 days. If you do not, your Express Entry profile will expire and you will not be
considered for permanent residence in Canada.

Very surprising! There is no reason this should've caused you to be ineligible!
