we sent our e-mails since from the very early stage of our relationship (not to include of course the passionate emails as well the email fights), we actually even included our very first chat on YM introducing our selves to each other, we also sent our chat logs (daily) from 2009 up to present... I also included the email threads I have with my mother in law and sister in-laws from Canada. No record of text messages though.

You don't have to send all.
I picked a few emails, from from each year, and also printed a few screen shots showing all the emails in my inbox.

I am sending all of our text messages from when we were living separately (but I did do "ctrl f" and removed anything I didn't want them to read.)
I also sent screen shots of my facebook profile and all of our phone records.

Read section 5.26 of the Operating Manual and try to send proof that covers part a) Mutual Commitment -which it seems you have covered well, and part b) all 4 of the Interdependencies. A list of examples is included in the section.

It is best to send as much proof as you can. If you have proof of contact from before the marriage - I would include it.

its normal in arranged marriages in Pakistan, you dont have to worry about this but try to send them any proof regarding how you both communicated first time and how your relationship developed, who was involved, who proposed, if arranged who arranged, your parents, a relative or friend?

So in your explanation of how your relationship developed explain in detail how you came to be married. What contacts you made, whether you met friends or family (And if you did ask them to write a letter confirming that they met you and were aware of your relationship), dates you went on, how you proposed (if you did) or how it was arranged, etc.

Even if you don't have proof, don't leave it up to the VO to conclude you got married "out of the blue." Give the officer some explanation of how you got to the point of marrying.

I have pictures of my enagement function 3 years ago in which mu family gave the ring and all that to my fiancee..is that ok??

How many email copies would you send in a month to the embassy as proof of contact?Should I send the copy of every single email or less ?? HOW MANY EMAIL COPIES PER MONTH SHOULD I SEND TO THE EMBASSY AS PROOF??
