Hi,
This is case of my relative. He has submitted his express entry profile with score of 444 as on 20.12.2018. It was valid and in pool till 01.01.2019 and after that it was rejected automatically. When he has inquired at help center, he was informed that it might be due insufficient fund.
However, he has shown more than enough fund. Then he has created new profile again and now this is not visible. We are confuse about this specific problem.
This is not happening in other profiles which were created during December 2018. Please suggest us some solution to this issue.
