Rejection for not disclosing relatives in Canada PR application?! HELP

Hi All,

I'm resubmitting my PR application after a cancellation for a missing document. In my first app I listed that I have an Aunt in Canada(which is true), however I would rather remove her from my second application due to extreme difficulty in proving my relationship to her due to her and my mom being born overseas and living in different countries now. Could my application be rejected for misrepresentation?! any measures I can take to avoid that? Please help

Write a LOE regarding the difficulty of obtaining such documents and that you do not require the points given under the adaptability section of the six selection factors in order to be eligible under the FSW program.

Of course you must make sure what I stated above is true in the first place.
