REJECTION for no apparent reason

Hello Guys,
I am unable to understand my reason for rejection.
I am a doctor with MBA (marketing) and 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical companies/laboratory as Brand Manager/Marketing Manager. I had applied in October for OINP and just got a rejection on 30th jan with no clear reason. My Ielts score is 8. My funds shown are as per their requirement.
The reasons that I could think of are
1) My iELTS expired this December so when they evaluated my case in the last week of Jan, my IELTS had expired?
2) My NOC code could be 0124 whereas I had applied for 1123.

Should I apply again after giving IELTS again and with a different code.
Anybody in the similar situation??????

Yes both of those are possible reasons. The NOC you are applying for must match your experience. You also did not submit a replacement IELTS which means your EE profile is now ineligible.

When was your 5 years experience?

OINP requires the experience to be in the last 5 years, so 2011 to present.

You can't apply again unless you get a new EE profile with a new PT notification of interest from Ontario.

Yes it is recent. I am still in the last job as Marketing Manager. So now I have to creat a new EE profile altogether or I can apply in the same profile with the new IELTS score??

Did you check your profile now? Because if you say your IELTS expired last Dec, your profile should now be ineligible, and you have to create a new one.

Just curious are you a doctor or medicine? Why did you even go for MBA bud? Write the entrace exam for Canada. I know its tough but it's worth it. Anyways, best of luck.

It must be yout IELTS, I recall IELTS need to be within one year at the time you apply for Ontario PNP

Ontario mentions 1 year validity of IELTS as a buffer, but the fact is, the OP's IELTS definitely expired while in the OINP office, and they did not send a new IELTS score before the old one expired. It would have been accepted.

The rejection can't happen because of wrong selection of NOC. They will ask suggest you the right code intead.
Its only because of your IELTS got expired. Also the fundamental question is: Are you a doctor in Medicine? Though you have done your MBA but once again your MBBS( assuming) is also in foray.. Its a bit confusing ..
