Hello I initially sent my app in October , but my ielts expired and i made a new e e profile and sent new ielts and all requested docs and got a message " received " from them and that too was 3.5 months back. Now I'm confused what should be my timeline? Should I wait or worry n enquire?

Yes it is recent. I am still in the last job as Marketing Manager. So now I have to creat a new EE profile altogether or I can apply in the same profile with the new IELTS score?? Thanks for your answer
