Rejection due to ECA

^ Good luck on your new application then! Also, your lawyer is wrong. Just make sure your masters ECA is in the same PDF as your degree certificates.

There were also a few ECA related rejections claiming that CIC was looking for the ECA with the WES stamp (i.e. the scan of the hard copy) rather than the generated soft copy. I'd included the stamped copy in mine but also upgraded to IMM just in case, after reading your case. I also must thank you, and I hope that you will bounce back and lodge a new successful application next.

I have sent both my Masters degree and Undergraduate Degree, but in my application I have mentioned that I have done ECA for Mastre, the problem is I haven't submitted ECA I have provided only the reference number.

Is it mentioned in your ECA that your Bachelors is equivalent to Canada Bachelors and Masters is equivalent to Canada Masters. Or only Masters is mentioned.

It is done only for my mastrs, so it is mentioned in my ECA report that my Masters is equivalent to Canada Masters

There is a huge thread in this forum called 'reasons for rejection' and people post the various reasons if they get rejected. Please search for it on the forum.

Not including official stamped ECA with education documents is a very common reason for rejection on that thread.

I read it and mostly it seems, that the rejection is due to missing ECA report and not due to missing logo. In my case I had uploaded a soft copy of duplicate report since my original report was missing IMM suffix. I only ordered soft copy second time, since there was additional postal cost and more important time that it'll take to reach at home address.

Is there any need to worry?

Yes, you do need the original soft copy. Thats the way CIC's (cookie) crumbles.

Also, a quick question, in the application form it says in the education column @WE WILL ASSESS_________ SECONDARY AND POST - SECONDARY PERIODS OF STUDY FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR EXPRESS ENTRY, AND USE THEM CALCULATE________ SCORE. YOU CAN TELL US ABOUT EACH PERIOD OF STUDY BY FILLING IN THE FIELDS BELOW" This means, I should fill onlymy masters degree or is it no problem to fill all my qualifications including my Undergarduate, 10th and 12th as well?
Please clarify.

I just submitted mine yesterday and only included the soft copy with IMM suffix and not the hard copy of the first one. I thought CIC just needed to have access to view the ECA report in WES' database??? Now they're rejecting due to not including the original report? Hm.

Original soft copy means ? The one that is having incorrect suffix?

But it is having different Reference number, moreover in the latest ECA report, it is mentioned that it is a duplicate report and the original evaluation was done on so ... date.

Since the original report has different reference number, i only uploaded the latest duplicate report.

I am not sure because both the reports will have different reference number and one of them can't be accessed by CIC online.

Duplicate report takes around 1-2 days, they'll transfer the original documents to your new file (with new ref number).
