My visa got rejected with the reason that I may not leave Canada at the end of study period. My background was good, ielts was good not less then 6.5 and I’ve also had a tour to Canada. I’ve been waiting from last Friday and This time I’ve described well in my SOP that I’ll come back as I’m purely going for study purpose I’ve my business here so I can’t stay there. so how long do I’ve to wait for visa on SDS case and also what is the chance of success ratio? After rejection?!

Visa officer doesn't concern you are not leaving Canada so convince in Sop and reapply so don't tell you come back in India in sop
I’ve reapplied I’m last Friday and my SOP mainly focused on that reason and I’ve tried to clarify in the best way I could..but I’m still worried
There is good chance so do it again and also don't forget to mention the rejection . It will be clear apply again
So, just an opinion, but you have applied for a student visa, yet you have a business you are using as proof of ties to return, but intend to leave it unattended while you attend class in Canada. You have essentially negated the value of one of your primary ties to your country in your SOP. How have you addressed leaving the business for an extended period....did you include that?
One of the main requirements to get a study permit is proof that it will lead to career advancement. If you have a job through a family business, which you will likely be able to take over, an international degree doesn’t make sense. That would be a lot of time and money only to return to the same opportunities. Just my take on the situation. You’ll have to wait and hear from IRCC.

WHY I AM A GENUINE STUDENT WHO WILL DEPART CANADA AFTER MY STUDY PERMIT?
At Graduate level, I acquired knowledge about subjects like Business Accounting, Financial Management, Business Economics, Business Administration, wherein I did a thorough study of Business as a whole. I have done very well in subjects throughout my graduation and my interest towards this field is immense, as of there, I developed a keen interest in further enhancing my knowledge in Business Management which persuaded me to opt for this program.
A post graduate in Strategic Global Business Management at the Conestoga College will allow me to gain practical knowledge and international exposure which will help me to achieve my dream and have a flexible career growth. After completion of my program, I would like to return back and assist my father in his well-establishedbusiness of furniture hardware (wholesale and retail, Gujarat.
He has accomplished many well-known projects such as Pradhanmantri Avas Yojana, Surat wherein he supplied doors, Salt Memorial Project, Dandi and The Corporate Bhavan, Ahmedabad, Gujarat where he supplied hardware, plywood and other raw materials in an immense quantity. As I am the only child who always had an intention to expand my father’s business in India and globally in franchise module after the completion of my program, my clear goal is to return to my Home Country for the same.
Coming from a career oriented family, I always dreamt of becoming an independent woman. Living amongst the men, I wanted to prove my business handling capabilities by holding an international degree. As I have visited Canada previously, I was always fascinated to study and explore life there. As technology is advancing drastically, management is required in each and every field all over the world. I have realized that I see myself more comfortable in Management field as I have good convincing power, great leadership, love managing man power, good communication and soft skills, which are the most required skills for Management course. I want to open many more doors by educating myself with the Strategic Global Business Management Program which will eventually help in expansion of our family business. As our business is having a very good reputation in my city as well as in our state, and I am the only child who always understood and had a vision of expansion of it, my long term plan is to develop multiple chains of stores in India. Moreover I have gained knowledge of our business from my father during my vacation; I find that if we even start importing raw materials and start exporting finished goods, then we can be the leaders in entire state for the same.
