They created FSW to speed up the process of immigration. This is no nonsense process. You do what you are told to do. You don't expect from them to contact you for "Missing info" that create wait time and that's the whole point of creating FSW to reduce wait time. Either you are in or out! so don't waste any more time to pursue this application. Re-apply. Learn from your past! You will be succeeded.

sorry to hear about your case.. well wht people said here is very right.. it is a fast track process and make sure you have ever detail right.. the best way is to get the letter heads from company and print the experience certificates yourself

Re-apply seems to be the only option from the discussion here. Does it make a difference if we apply immediately or take a break and then apply? If we apply immediately, will they even refer to the previous application? For the fear that NOC 0213 may not be in the list in near future?

It's very disheartening to get rejected after putting lot of efforts in all the documents. just simply demand-supply curve, looks like.

I intend to take atleast 2 months break from this process and re-apply in April-May. not sure if it is wise.

Glad to hear that Nova Scotia office will also send the fees back, late is also no problem.

Its like a secret game . people with good deal of experience and good duties and papers got rejected while people with missing out important duties are getting it. 38 NOC time period is getting older, so is the hardness of the process.

CIC is getting more # of applications and they are trying o find the smallest point of error to return or reject the applications. They pledged to reduce the time, they have so far been able to do that, and they are continue to do it. So more care is needed before sending the app.

hello all! will my application be in trouble if the duties provided by previous companies is not word per word on the main duties we filled up on the form (FSW form Schedule 3) filed to CIO but the context is the same? thanks.
