hey Jhonny thanks for immideiate follow-up, to re-apply do I need to get PCC done again or the originals one sent to CIC previously will be good?

You would need to re-send everything again. You may request a copy of your IELTS instead of re-taking it, but everything else has to be originals (or copies of originals if stated otherwise).

Did you send your PCC with your original application? if so, you would have to get a new one because it's an entire new application. Also, your PCC should be within 3 months from the date you mail out your files.

You can use your IELTS again. Just go to its website and request another copy.

Does PCC needs to be sent along with new application or can I submit the application, and send the PCC later once they arrive? I don not want to wait for next 2 more months to recieve this and then submit my whole application along with PCC and IELTS copy

Yes, you can file you application without PCCs and submit them at a later date (when CPP-O requests them or anytime after you receive your AOR). You must submit your IELTS result copy with your application.

Dear Yosemite, Thnx much for your advise few more queries I had:-
1. I had more than 24 months of Canadian Experience, the only thing I missed was not submitting 2010 T4 document as the CIC checklist stated to submit latest T4 (I submitted it for 2011 as the application was filed in 2012). So is it advisable to seek lawyers advice to submit the missing/required document, instead of going for a very fresh application? As I have already invested my 8months of waiting time to hear it
2. Is the context stated above is the final refusal / rejection or is there any scope of reopening/rework on the same application?
3. Does CIC return my application

Your kind response and advise will be highly appreciated

No scope.

You will need to submit a new application. It seems from the response that the main reason for your rejection (and it's a pretty common thing on here) was your ref letter.

- It did not state responsibilities and duties.
- It did not clearly state hours worked etc.

Also, if you are reapplying, you now only need to prove 1 yr work experience. However, IELTS required scores changed for occupations 0 or A. If your position falls into either group, you need to score 7 in each of the areas.

My IELTS Results:-
Listening = 6
Writing = 7.5
Reading = 7.5
Speaking = 8
Overal Score = 7.5

Will this score be good enough to apply again under new norms?

This will work for B occupations. Not 0 or A.

Unfortunately, I think this would be the final refusal and I dont think they will reopen your file and no they would not return your application. Make sure your ref letter includes the duties and the hours worked per week...looks like lack of duties in the ref letter is the main reason of refusal these days. Goodluck !

yes it does. his score are all above "6", which is the language requirement for NOC 0 and A. Score of "6" = CLB 7

I am confused now, I was thinking of re-applying under new norms with my current IELTS. I fall under NOC 0,A category. can somebody please confirm if I need to re-appear for IELTS exam how is the CLB calculated?
