Okay, so my spouse got rejected for the temp visa for 3 reasons. : - based on travel history, the purpose of your visit, and personal assets and financial status. I am also applying outland sponsorship for her to Canada at the moment. But I want her to come to Canada while waiting for the application. Right now, she does not work because she's pregnant. Financial wise, probably 10k cad in her account. For her travel history, She only been out of China once.

Any ways that I can apply for her again and not getting rejected?? Please help

You can certainly apply again - however the chances of rejection are very high. Since you are Canadian, IRCC knows she likely has plans on remaining in Canada long term and most likely plans on using the TRV to effectively move to Canada early. In other words, IRCC knows she's not a genuine visitor.

Her ties to Canada are much stronger than her ties to China at this point. Her bank balance is quite low, she's not working and she has no real travel history. I'm not sure there's any point applying again. I think refusal is unfortunately guaranteed.

OK lol...then i guess i will just wait for the outland application then...............................THANKS anyways!

A spouse, currently under an outland application, with a spouse in Canada is highly, highly, highly unlikely to get a TRV for the reasons @scylla mentioned. I've heard of one or two cases of spouses being granted TRVs but the massive amount of proof of ties and obligations and short-term intentions of travel (ie, attend a funeral in Canada) were so much more than you have, sadly.
