Visitor Visa for my Sister Refused....Please Help....

Hi ,

I am a Canadian citizen and i applied online visitor visa for my sister.It got refused with the below reasons. She is married , have 2 kids .One is working and the other got married.They have a retail shop. She owns the property.I have provided the below documents.

1). Son's Employment letter, Payslips,Bank Statement.
2). Her property evaluation Docs, Her Bank statement.
3). Business Tenancy agreement, Business Bank statement
4). My bank statement.

Reasons Refused.
Your travel history
Purpose of visit
Your personal assets and financial status
I am not satisfied that you have answered truthfully all questions put to you.

This is the 2nd time that i applied for her and got refused..Earlier 2 yrs back i applied and it got rejected with Your travel history. How can a people get a travel history .If he/she hasn't traveled.For the personal assests ..what else to show...And i really dont know how come they are saying that you have answered truthfully..

Please help me..I want her to visit me...I am thinking of applying again...

What was the length of stay? How much did she show in her account?

Her Length of stay was 1 month.. We have showed around 3lakhs in her bank account and 5000$ in my bank account.
