Reject ITA due to medicals :(

Hi guys i'm really confused , i received ITA (27 nov)
My profile : family of 3 members ( spouse and son (1 year old) non accompagning)
but when i called the doctor to get an appointement for medicals, he claimed my son's passeport (which i don't have at the moment)
what shall i do ? passeport's son can be replaced by some other paper ?

please help ???

passport of minor can be obtained easily from passport office in 1 day. There will be no verification, probably it might take 7 days to reach your home as they mail the passport, never hand over the passport.

Don't waste time, reach out to nearest passport office. I guess there is no alternative to this.

N.B.: For minor, no appointment is also needed. Fill form and pay online, then take print out of the receipt. Reach out to nearest passport office with supporting documents.

58 days is a lot of time. i checked with hospital today and was told that the medicals take only a week to be sent to CIC. So, in the meantime, concentrate on getting police clearance certificates, employment history documents in the required format and getting your son's passport in parallel. Once you have all the docs, send them to CIC. Your medical reports will be sent directly by the hospital, so you do not have to worry about it. However, ensure that they reach before 26th January'16, for which you can appear in the first week of Jan.

Do check out the time taken in your country though. I'm talking about india here.

No. There is no substitute for Passport.
You can apply for your son's passport and will receive it within 3-4 days.

You have good amount of time as of now. Medicals will take only 3-4 hours of time and the panel physician/hospital takes no more than a week to send the Medicals to CIC.

you have 60 days, so i think the sooner you act the better.
