Rejaction for one reason - Founds (I have founds, but how to show them)?

I applied for study permit (ESL program duration 1 year, after that I will apply for bachleor program).
I applied on 10th june by paper, and after 22 days got REJACTION.

REASON: You dont satisfied officer that you have sufficient and available financial resources, withouth working in Canada to maintain yourself and your family member..

I payed fee tuition for ESL program, and shown 17 000 CAD which are on my wife's account (she shown devise account in euros and gave a statement that she will cover our living expenses).

What is the problem? Not enought founds available? Or she must transfer money to my account?

I plan to apply again, but what is the best way to shown founds available:
1. Transfer money to GIC bank? And how much? Can I take that money if I need it or I have the special condition? (If is neccessary I can transfer about 25/30 000 CAD) (I am from Croatia)
2. Loan?
3. My account last 4 months (I cant wait that much, this option is not accetable in this moment)
4. .......

Please, give me some advise or expirience.

Loan and proof of your assets are the better ways to highlight your finance.

Get a chartered accountant certificate with available assets. It'll be helpful

but how is going the procedure for transfer founds to Scotia Bank? How much money I can transfer there (they have some limit or not)?

first of all you have to open a personal account at Scotia bank. It's called GIC.
Once completed, You'll be able to make one time payment of 10200CAD they'll verify it and will send a receipt

Ok, but 10000 CAD is to small for show, because I plan go to Canada with my wife...

Do I must to show 10000 + 4000... And air tickets also about 3000 CAD??

Can I transfer more money or only 10000 CAD in Scotia bank?
Can I spend that money how I want or Scotia bank have some special program?

No...I think ur allowed to transfer 10000CAD oly..They have a special program called GIC

I dont kno whether u can spend money as u wish. They might have certain conditions. logon to their website for info.
