Registration for vaccine

Is it possible for international students entering Canada to get vaccinated during the 14 days quarantine? I mean pre-register a week before flying and book for vaccination in the hotel of quarantine? not the first 3 days hotel , the remaining days hotel i mean

Why not just wait it out? From what I gather, vaccine availability in Canada isn't that good.

Quarantine means quarantine so no you can't go out in public to get vaccinated unless your school has organized someone to come to vaccinate you in your quarantine location.
