So paying 350$ and restoring my status after expiry of study permit is not a good option?

They say from August 9, the 3 Day hotel quarantine Will be lifted for all travelers, so I guess so.

I have concern about the airport PCR test. my final destination is Halifax and I will enter Montreal on August 12. now since we don't have 3-day hotel anymore and I am unvaccinated, I guess I need to give a PCR test at entry point. So how can I use a connecting flight from Montreal to Halifax...
