So when I went to WES website and selected the country of my education from the (Required Academic Documents) drop down list and chose the country it then showed that my required documents would be:
1- Higher Education (which in this case is a Bachelor degree), and
2- Secondary Education (and this one to be sent by the ministry of education itself!)

Now I'm really wondering here: Do I have to send my secondary education certificate as well? I really just want my Bachelor degree to be evaluated and not my high school certificate?
So, would WES reject my file and not evaluate my Bachelor degree if I don't send my secondary education certificate along with that?

I didn't do my evaluation through WES but the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies. To my way of thinking they do the same or a similar job to WES.

I was only asked for a copy of my 'Degree' certificate and transcripts which I sent and I had my University send to them as well to verify authenticity.

Based on my experience you shouldn't have to send your High school Credentials to WES. I know not everyone is doing this but I listed my High school Credentials in my EE profile and if I get an ITA will provide my High School Certificate and High School grades to be fully transparent.

Is there anyone who used WES who can tell me if I'm wrong?

This means if you want to get your secondary education assessed, you'd need to supply that document. It is listed for all countries. Don't worry, I applied via WES and got my Bachelors and Masters assessed.
