Regarding the 10 page digital dialogue

It's me again. I am almost done with my PR except the 10 page digital dialogue thing.
How did you guys get it done?
Should the doc be certified by the translation company or a local notary?
How long does the dialogue have to be?

All translations must be done by a certified translator, who will affix a stamp or something to effect 'true translation.'

Don't need notarisation as a separate step for this (but you would of official documents, notary would notarise that a copy is a true copy of original - there reallly isn't any significance to original of your chats).
