Dear mentors,
it is my submission to guide me the right course of action as my case as follows:
Due to circumstances affecting my residency obligations, my PR status revoked by IAD in 2020 following a missed appearance for hearing appeal. In beginning of 2024 i was granted entry to Canada at port of entry through States. I was accompanying with my family who are Canadian citizens and therefore CBSA officer did not issued any document at that time, only instructed me, I allow you this time to enter in Canada and go on and file the necessary application to get legal status IN COUNTRY.
Now after 9 months , I contacted IRCC and IRCC first bench updated my address and transferred a call to another immigration officer in charge. IRCC officer looked in case and informed me that your PR status had revoked. I made a submission to him, i am deeply committed to remain with my family, what should I do now?
he told me, I am sending you an email in this regard and asked me to follow it.
As I got email from IRCC officer is a process of how to apply for TRP along with guide and process.

dear mentors, Please suggest me what course of action I have to take to handle this current situation. I got PR in business investment stream under PNP and invested my good money here. My huge property issues had pushed me to stay in home country for settlement all disputes through court.

You mentioned that you were "accompanying with my family who are Canadian citizens".
So if one of those is your spouse, your spouse can sponsor you after you get TRP to stay in Canada with a legal visitor status.

I believe that you have lost your PR status already because you missed to appear for your appeal.

You lost your PR status back in 2020. There is no way to restore your lost PR status.

You have to qualify and reapply for PR from scratch.

If you have been in Canada for 9 months and haven't applied to extend your visitor status, you are now out of status in Canada.

Dear mentor,
Thank you for prompt reply. As your guidance, I have to submit an application of TRP. I want to take a liberty to get advice 'Can revoked PR be restored?' Your suggestion would be satisfy me in all respects.
Regards,

You posted a number of months ago and were given detailed advice. Please re-read this. Your PR status is gone. If your spouse is a Canadian citizen, have them sponsor you for PR.

Regards,
Are you still inside Canada? If so, as pointed out you have lost your visitor status 6 months after you came to Canada. You will need to apply to restore your status as visitor.

I am not sure. Please check the requirement for TRP application. Or wait for other members to respond.

Regards,
Have your spouse sponsor you for PR. You were given this advice months ago. Get it done.

TRP will probably take longer to process than a spousal sponsorship application. Get the spousal sponsorship application submitted asap.

Still puzzled about how you were able to enter Canada as a visitor. That’s more of a concern about CBSA I guess.
