I am re-applying for the PR now and I have the copy of the police clearance certificate which I got in Feb 2012.
In the document checklist they mentioned police clearance certificates can be submitted latter and they are valid for 1 year.

Do i need to submit the old copy PCC forms with cover letter or
Don't send any document now and submit when requested.

Please help me which option is good.

As I understand, your police certificate must not be issued 3 months prior to the day you submit your application. Please check the guidelines again.

Hi,

CIC's Application for permanent residence — Canadian Experience Class (IMM 5609) said:

More information about the police clearance certificate can be viewed in that guide.
Good luck.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST (PERMANENT RESIDENCE - CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS) shows that :
You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO.
It also shows that you should submit your original PCC.

Please check the checklist (IMM5610 (01-2012) E).

If you would like to send PCC after CIC officer requested, you can find the place where you should send your PCC in the letter (email) they sent you. (Maybe you should send your PCC to CPP-O in this case... but I'm not sure...)

Hi,

You can submit your application without PCC. In this case, you must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer.
However, CIC strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays, as you know...

In some countries, you cannot receive PCC to your hands and need to order it shipped directly to the office requesting it. For that, you need AOR, so i guess i can request it to be sent to CPP-O directly. Thanks

In the Document check list they wrote the below point .

"You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO.If you are unable to abtain all the necessary police certificates. you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we strongly recommended that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays.you must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer."

it means we can submit without them also right?
