Regarding Parents Super Visa

Hello Fellows,
I would like apply for my parents super visa. I have meet the LICO income table. I want to sponsor my father's super visa. When I filled up my immigration paper, I mistakenly mispelled my father's name and date of birth which is mismatched with his passport. My father's name is "Md Shid Ali" but I put "Md Shahid Ali". Can anyone please suggest me what should I do now and wondering if there is chance to visa rejection.

You can simply file a IRCC Webform, mention the details in the description and try to attach all updated forms in the attachment section.
