What does the detailed message show when you click on In Process link. Does it say something like "We started processing your file on XX-XX-XXXX date"? If not, your medical is still far away. What is your VO?parminder sandhu said:

In my opinion, In that case you will have to wait for the Medical and might take some time. However, I know ND is quite fast with their processing and you should hear something sooner as compared to other VOs with similar timelines.
