Dear Friends,
In the document checklist IMM5612 it is explicitly mentioned that form IMM5669 is to be signed by Principal applicant, spouse as well as dependent child who is 18 or older.
But there is only place in the form to sign and that is for principal applicant. There is no place for spouse or dependent child to put his sign in this form. Can some one confirm?
