Did you spend any time looking at this companies website where they specifically warn about scams and the fact this company never asks for any money from any job applicants. Almost certainly a scam of some sort.

What job and location were they offering given the only vacancies they show are in the US ?

Most definitely fake. The employer is supposed to go through the LMIA process, and pay for your visa. brew-meister.com is not a real website. Enerplus has a warning on their career page about fraudulent recruitment advertisement. Also, this is a public forum so do not include personal information like your name and passport number unless you want it to potentially get stolen or misused.
