Few Questions:

1. When it comes to including my husbands birth certificate and our marraige certificate do we only send the translated copy? Or would I send a copy of the original plus the translated copy???

2. Do we each need to provide a copy of our marraige certificate in each of our folders? 1 in the sponsor application and one in the sponsored spouse application??

3. I am a bit confused on what goes in what folder as on the immigration guide it is asking the applicant to provide copies of theirs and their spouse documents(sponsor) so would all my documentation such as (passport copy, Birth Cert copy, etc go into his application folder??)

Cheers!

1) It should say exactly what they require in your instruction guide.

Edit: From a guide: If your documents are not in English or French, include an accurate translation with
a copy of the originals. Failure to do so could result in substantial processing delays.

Check the top of your country's guide.

2&3) You only need to send one for both of you for everything (for instance, one copy of your passport, one copy of his passport, etc.). I wouldn't put your applications in separate folders when you actually send it, you could divide the IMM's with dividers but they are just going to open them both anyways to get at the documents.
