I have a query regarding the bank statement I received from the branch. My bank provided me with statement.
Statement is not in their letter head. But they give it on a a old fashioned computer paper. But it has all the details - Name of the Bank, Branch, Branch address, IFSC code, Phone & details of my account and 6 month transactions details.

This is good enough or should it necessarily be in letter head.

They handed me over the same old dot matrix print out which isn't very clear and difficult to scan due to the length of the paper. I asked them to give me in A4 with a laser print and they happily issued me one.

The one you got should be good to go aswell.

In addition, get the business card of the person signing the bank letter and attach it to your Proof of Funds PDF file as well.

Should suffice. Get it signed/stamped by bank authorities.
Does the bank statement also require to show funds in equivalence to CAD currency?

Either on the statement or a cover letter or the LOE?
