Delete the entry for her part time university study under her "Language and Studies" section and also High School if you have added it too. Just leave it blank and you won't be asked for any Education documents to be uploaded for her.

Let's be real here, consultants have multiple applications with multiple clients. Once they get your fees, you are just another case for them. Sure they can help you fill out the application but whether you get your application right or wrong, approved or declined is of no difference to them.
