regarding admission in NYIT Canada campus

hi,

one of my Friend is getting an admission in nyit Canada campus and his profile is as follows

10th:-62.46%
12th:-47.46%
Graduation (Bsc computers):-76.87% (2014 passed)
IELTS:- over all 5.5 (SP=6.0,L=5.5,R=5.5,W=5.5)


so he is getting admission in nyit Canada in MBA with 5.5 ielts score with 8 week ESL program,

Question is what is chances of visa refusal or acceptance ?

getting visa for NYIT mba is not a simple task, 70% of them get refused, because of
these below mentioned reasons.
1. Tuition Fee paid to college is going to US govt.
not to Canadian Govt.
2. This college is US based institute not canadian.
3. This Institute is providing only 1 course at their Vancouver campus [MBA].
4. It doesnt come under SPP.
They accept students ; even with 50%.
SO be aware.
