Hello all,
My wife and I applied for Canadian citizenship in June 2013 from Edmonton. We received an invitation letter dated October 22nd 2014 to attend for the test being held on November 28th 2014. We had made a 20 days trip back home to see our parents on June 13th and back on July 4th 2014. Since we were out of the country for about 20+ days and I didn't inform the CIC of the trip. Is this going to affect our application while we get interviewed after the test? This is a concern for both of us and anyone who knows someone who had similar kind of scenario, would you be able to let us know what happened. The fact that there were no trips made outside of Canada between May 2010- June 2014, I have a feeling we may be in the safe side but we are reaching out to you in a hope someone could help us in solving this riddle.
Please help!
Thank you ever so much!
