Hi,

After DM status, herat is just bleeding, but this is life and have to go on....although its total unfair by LVO to reject applicants on lame excuses....

I just have couple of questions:

1. Which Courier Service is being used by London VO for returning the Documents in Abu Dhabi / Dubai?
2. Will they return the whole package or only the originals?
3. Will they return my experience letters (employer reference letters) as I sent them the originals and I had only 1 copy. It will be hell to get a new copy from all my employers again?

Please advise.

i am therefore considering making a recommendation to my program manager to refuse your application under paragraph 40(1)(a) of the immigration and refugee protection
act,2001 which reads:

"40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relacting to relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this act"

if you have any additional information to add to your application you should forwad this to our office by 03 june 2012.

God Forbid ,If you get a letter in the mail from Canada Immigration advising you that your application for Canadian immigration was refused, do not panic! You have options.


Reconsideration letters– If the refusal was based on an error in fact or in law, and/or if that decision was not in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness, write to the Program Manager of the Canadian Visa Office to point out the errors and to request a reconsideration of the refusal decision;

There is a $50 fee for the application. In addition, while it is not prohibited, unless you are very familiar with Canadian Federal Court practice, you would be well advised to engage the services of an experienced attorney (ideally someone who has argued issues similar to yours before the court in the past.)

Unfortunately I cant find any attorney although I did call so many lawyers.
On Tuesday I will contact some more and let you know If I find

If this is not the case, he has to contact the British Council immediately and get all the proof by them and courier to VO immediately to clarify otherwise he will be blacklisted forever.
