Hi, i suppose no professional shall give his service for free i tried a lot before finally getting it through hom i found cheapest as compared to others. If u may wish u can also try.

Cheapest does not necessarily mean best. Then again, most expensive does not necessarily mean best either.

In my case, I looked through court decisions (http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/index.html) that were relevant to my own refusal. I found about a dozen attorneys with real experience in such cases and one that had very specific expertise - plus a good track record of winning. I actually spoke with someone else who hired a different attorney - one I'd identified by my research as well - and they failed to even obtain leave for their JR application.

Wait for January Announcement to be out. you might qualify again.

+1 Kanamen.

If this is not the case, he has to contact the British Council immediately and get all the proof by them and courier to VO immediately to clarify otherwise he will be blacklisted forever.
That is true. You are correct Kanamen.

Hi Kanamen! I just got recieved a reply from the Canadian Embassy here in the Philippines and sad to say, I was refused. Anyway, this is my first time to apply for a TRV/temporary work permit. The reason of my refusal was:

you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. in reaching this decsicion, i considered several factors including:

*your family ties in canada and in your country of residence
*purpose of visit
*limited employment prospects in your country of residence
*your current employment situation

I would like to reapply and provide them new information (like photos of my family here in the Phils, my plans after my visa expires) but unfortunately, my LMO already expired. Is it okay if I reapply immediately or should I get a new LMO?

Thank you in advance!

You would need a new LMO. Otherwise, they are just going to refuse you on the grounds that you don't have a valid LMO.

Hi all,
I have applied under FSW Program NOC 2134. On April 03 2014 my application has refused by CIO immigration officer due to total points scored 66. I made my application in December 2013 and my four years experience has completed in February 2014. Based on the date at which I made application, officer gave me 11 points for three years experience instead of 13 points for four years experience.

Keeping in view following facts, please tell me that can I appeal to get 13 points.
1). NOC 2134 capped date is 11 February 2014 (please verify also), if he reconsider my application made date in February 2014. I may get 13 points for four years experience.
2). I am still on same job and my experience was four years and one month on the date he made decision of my application. Also I may have more than 4.5 years experience on the date of visa issuance.
3). My aunt and cousin's family is in Canada to support me financially and socially, so there will be no problem for me to become economically stable in Canada.

What is the procedure of appeal against FSW application refusal ?

There are how much chances of success ?

Regards,

Regards,
So, in fact, the refusal was correct. On the date that your application was submitted/received, you only had three complete years. On what legal basis do you consider the refusal to be incorrect?
