Refused TRV - Reapply

if The Consulate dose not reply then can you suggest me for reapply ?

Scylla in Jan 2017 I have reapplied visa online and submit documents as per online created personal check list and my visitor visa refused again with other reasons it's written on the end of refusal letter and also print right down of other reasons
Given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of admission as a temporary resident in Canada

Hi everyone,

Kindly help.

Me and my son applied TRV through paper application to visit my Canadian boyfriend. Proposed length of stay is 45 days. I provided the following documents
1. Certficate of Employment - but there is no contact numbers and company address on it for I only request it from our local office and from our head office.
2. Letter of leave of absence- Department heads and site manager already approved my leave of absence from work. Our HR already noted my leave but she will only release approval once I got my visa supported by a returned ticket. (evidence of this is an email thread at work) Which I also attached in my application.
3. 4 months bank statement with 3000cad on it. ( its my payroll account but with cash deposit 250cad twice a month. From my bf)
4. Certified true copy of land title ( in my name) but only 10, 700+ sqr mtrs farm land
5. Birth certificate of me, my family and my son
6. Our passport ( mine and my son)
7.Notarized invitation letter from my bf stating he will provide everything. Supported with the following documents
7.1 Notarized invitation letter
7.2 Notarized affidivate of support
7.3 Copy of passport
7.4 birth certificate
7.5 Copy of driver's license
7.6 Certificate of employment
7.7 Bank statement
7.8 T4
7.9 vehicle registration
8. Picture together, email and fb conversation, and skype call logs- as proof of geniune relationship
9. Letter of financial support from my father supported with the following documents
9.1 copy of business permit
9.2 Income tax return
9.3 vehicle registration
9.4 ID
9.5 Land titles
10. Income tax return 2015 and 2016
11. Pay slips (3months)
12. Photograph

Visa application was refused due to following reasons
1. Travel history - but I am hoping that Canada is the country to start our travel history
2. Current employment situation. I should asked a certificate of employment from our head office to make it presentable.
3. Personal asset and financial situation. 3000 cad is only a back up fund for my boyfriend will provide everything and my father too.

Question:

1. Since my father wrote and signed a statement that he will financially support us on our trip on our previous application will it be okey if he will transfer fund to my bank account? by that, it really show that he support us financially. Or we will just simply show his bank statement? which we didnt provide before.
2. plan travel dates is April 22- June 3. Are we going to change it in our next application?
3. any suggestion on how am I going to convince to VO that we will return home after a visit.
4. we have ( for me and my son) an invitation letter from my sister in the US. Is it alright to attach a copy of this letter to show future plan?

1) You need to show that you are financially capable for the trip
2) I think you need to change the travel date. April 22 is too tight
3) Does your ex knows about that his son's trip to Canada and US?
4) Your bf should mention your trip in the US and write a detailed itinerary in the invitation letter.

1. verbal or written statements, which can be confirmed, that satisfy an officer that sufficient financial support from friends and/or family is available and has been arranged to adequately cover all reasonable expenses to be incurred during the stay in Canada. (From cic) Thats why my father wrote a letter of financial support.
2. Change it to May 22- June 4. 2 weeks instead of 45 days
3. Yes. I even have a notarized travel consent signed by non accompanying parent.
4. Thats what we missed in our previous application.

Is it alright if I declare that 250cad every 15 days or 500cad in a month is from my boyfriend? Will it affect my financial stability and make the VO think I cant afford the trip? Kindly help. thank you
