Refused & Re-apply in FSW !!!!

Hi,
My cousin has applied last year, refused and his fees has refunded. His wife is qualifying in 38 list, can they reapply.
Seniors can you tell that once application has refused and refunded, do the cic reopen that application or they take that as new application.

Hi,
As your application has been refused, and you have been refunded, it's CLOSED.
But if your wife qualifies under the new ministerial law, she can be the principal applicant.
I suggest you do it ASAP as we never know untill whe the list will be changed.
