i sent it myself. and in first letter i got this response. i have got response on the status not yet through e-mail or post, just waiting.

Congrats dear.... You were really lucky......

I think your experience letters were strong and relevant enough to convince them and you did provide all the contract letters, salary slips etc of your employment while submitting full documents to CHC London...

dear i suggest you to add other members as well ... who got refusal letter on any reason and did reconsideration ... so we know the ratio of acceptance on reconsideration

Well this forum was created for JDs mismatch refusal cases.....

As we all know most of cases refused due to Miscalculation of points are / will be re-opened by CHC, hence the acceptance for such cases is almost 100%... So we are only looking to have a list with JDs mismatch cases and see how many get their cases re-opened...... No comparison with cases refused due to miscalculation of points....

I've got the refusal letter in june 15, 2012 and reason was the same that JDs Mismatch and due to this I'm not eligible for Immigration. I've submitted an appeal against this decision and requested him to please reconsider my case humbly and reopen the case. After that I've check my ecas status on July 27, 2012 below mentioned status was showing in the ecas;
