dear zee,Zee81 said:I don't thing they will consider any REVISED letters from your previous employers and specially if these are showing current date.... don't expect them to reconsider these as they only consider the documents provided at the time of Full submission..........
I had advised you earlier that just explain in your own words, take each performed JD one by one (as per already submitted experience letters) and compare it with the NOC Jd, explain how these are related..... instead you have asked your employer to re-issue the experience letters, mentioning the JD performed!!! Just imagine what the VO will think???? Only that you have contacted the employer to draft a letter as per your requirement OR you have drafted it at your own...... The the credibility of your case will be questioned.....
Thanks for clarification... You did the right thing by sending them the new letters....shahid22507 said:dear zee,
I really appericiate your concerns, but there was no other option left with me. my previous job letters which i sent lvo in july, 2010 were quite simple and standered experience letters. I just made a try. these new jd letters are obtained from both of my previous employers on special request.
let's see the result. you know I have nothing left to loose any more in this immigration matter. they have already rejected my case. I feel it is better rather then wait for another six month to re-apply or take another chance through this reconsideration letter.
what so ever thanks for your comments.
regards,
shahid
there is another point which is considerable in my case. my proffesion is highly demanded in canada and from last three consecutive years it is in the list of cic. not only this, if we carefully examine the number of applications, applied for this proffesion, that has never been reached to its limit of 500 in any year.Zee81 said:Thanks for clarification... but I would still think that they will not reconsider your case as you do not have any respresentation.... It would have been much better to send the reconsideration letter through a Lawyer, chances would have been much higher in that case...........
They do not bother about the demand in Canadian job market... they are only to process the visa application based on your provided documents... CIC is responsible for selecting the occupations in demand in Canada not CHC.....shahid22507 said:there is another point which is considerable in my case. my proffesion is highly demanded in canada and from last three consecutive years it is in the list of cic. not only this, if we carefully examine the number of applications, applied for this proffesion, that has never been reached to its limit of 500 in any year.
rest is my fate dear.

Dear Mohamed Ismail Zakout,
Thank you for your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Federal
Skilled Worker. I have now completed the assessment of your application and
have determined that you are not eligible for processing in this category for
the reason(s) noted below.
The Minister of Citizenship and Immigration issued instructions which were
published in the Canada Gazette on November 28, 2008. These instructions
specify that only applicants who have Arranged Employment Offers, who are
legally residing in Canada and have been there for at least one year as
Temporary Foreign Workers or International Students, or who have work
experience in certain listed occupations are eligible to be processed in the
Federal Skilled Worker class.
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the
following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code(s): 0632 -
Accommodation Service Managers.
Although the NOC code(s) correspond(s) to the occupations specified in the
Instructions, I am not satisfied that you have a minimum of one year of
continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in the
occupation(s) in the last ten years.
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience
in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirements of the
Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.
Subsections 87.3(2)-(3) are the pertinent sections of the Immigration and
Refugee Protection Act:
The processing of applications and requests is to be conducted in a manner
that, in the opinion of the Minister, will best support the attainment of the
immigration goals established by the Government of Canada.
the Minister may give instructions with respect to the processing of
applications and requests, including instructions
(a) establishing categories of applications or requests to which the
instructions apply;
(b) establishing an order, by category or otherwise, for the processing of
applications or requests;
(c) setting the number of applications or requests, by category or otherwise,
to be processed in any year; and
(d) providing for the disposition of applications and requests, including
those made subsequent to the first application or request.
All irreplaceable original documents, which were not obtained for the purpose
of submitting an application for immigration, are being returned to you.
The processing fee that you have paid is refundable. Please refer to the
attached "Request for Banking Information" form for details of information
you need to provide.
There are many ways to immigrate to Canada. Although you have not satisfied
the requirements to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker class, you may
qualify under another category. To learn more about your options, visit
www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp.
Thank you for your interest in Canada.
