as you can see my time line, LVO dumped me like other applicants after 22 months ( JD miss match). me too is looking for a workable solution. i am 100% agree that we must protest and act immediately against these refusals.

In my opinion there should be a valid reason for rejection, and i don't mind to be rejected if there is a valid reason, but the way they are rejecting us is totally unacceptable for me at least.

Another interesting change in my ECAS,its again RBVO after DM,inside it is my papers r pending reviewand they have sent me a letter on 10th May which i did not receive even after a month.Anyone else like this ECAS?

Its RBVO now,on 10th May it changed DM directly from RBVO

Agreed..... You should first write a case re-open request either at your own or through a consultant.... Mr. Tim Leahly can provide this service as well in addition to filling a case in court after they even refuse to accept our request....

They are just puzzled..... don't know what to do with this huge backlog.... Just want to finish it by hook or crock....

My ecas status is also now changed from DM back to RBVO and inside it says " ur file has been reviewed and a letter has been sent" whereas i already have receivef rejection email. Its just a rubbish system

I got visa on March and it got canceled same month showing following two reasons
1) I AM NOT SATISFIED THAT D EMPLOYER HAS DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE W/ FEDERAL OR PROVINCIAL LAWS REGARDING EMPLOYMENT OR RECRUITMENT IN D PROVINCE HERE U WILL B WORKING
2) D INFORMATION U PROVIDED @ UR INTERVIEW DID NOT ALLAY MY CONCERNS THAT U HAVE CONCEALLED AN UNAUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE & THAT U PAID ILLEGAL PLACEMENT FEES TO THIS REPRESENTATIVE.
I understand that I hd link with UAE based agency and I paid placement fees, because agency find me employer in Canada. UAE agency ve another agency in Canada who find me employer .but I never keep in touch between employer and me. As well this Canada agency. Now I saw same employer posting job vacancy in job bank and I forward my cv to this employer mail. Employer surprise and sucked to see my resume and contact me what happen how visa cancelled .and now employer showing interest to me hiring again through direct hire not through agency employer wants to apply LMO for me and sending to me directly now my question is
if I apply work permit with same employer in abudhabi visa office what is the chances to approve work permit ?
But abudhabi VO told me if I apply genuine ill get 1st priority to approve visa
and one more question my visa was already cancelled in system in Canadian border and embassy but in my passport still not cancel .and embassy also not requesting for cancelled what can I do/ I still can apply another application for work permit ?

They have become crazy..... if the VO was not satisfied then why they issued you a Visa initially???

I think its not your fault anyhow and you should immediately apply for the work permit...... they will cancel your Visa from passport, don't bother about that it has become useless for you hence they did not ask for cancellation.....

Most of us have already received the refusal letters...... All original documents will be / have been returned with the refusal letter.....
