Me too did not receive any later till to date inspite of my inquiry,so what should we do ?

Dear brothers and sisters please read me carefully: my case is showing in-process since April and it's been six weeks that I have not received anything from LVO yet, I sent the CSE and they said that they have sent me the letter next day of my case turning into in-process with date, after five days again I sent the CSE and in two days they replied that they the "decision letter" and my original documents were misplaced and they will send me on the next available TCS but my ecase still shows in-process and now it's the fifth day of their second reply and I have not received anything, please tell me about this situation because all of you went through the bad news, I asked this question from many members and they have no answers because they are all busy with their medicals also what do you think of your refusals in my situation

Actually they are trying to delay the response to refused cases... they know that the cases are refused on baseless reasons and people will come back to them firstly with re-open requests and then court cases..... So dear send them another email and ask them that you are worried about your original documents.......... and also tell them about E-case still showing 'In process'.......... Lets see what happens next.......

What they are doing.... Till the time you don't receive the refusal letter, you can not request to re-open the case and even file an appeal in court.....
Just imagine if they send u refusal letter in back date of 01 month...... you will only have 30 days to ask for re-opening & then file a case...

The same things happened in my. I was not in touch with the site, so sorry for joining in late.

My time line

DOCS TO CIO: Jan 2010
1st AOR: Mar 2010
ROV: AUG 2010
2ND AOR: FEB 2011
REJECTION: FEB 2012 ( through e-mail recieved on 3rd april 2012/ mail not received yet)

My reason for rejection was the same job description mismatch.

The london visa office is making a mockery of pakistanis.

All of us got refusal through email, they dont want to sent the letters through email till the date for appeal passed.

I got my original document on 3rd June,2012 which was exactly two months after the email on 3rd april, 2012. do you thing they are honest.

I have inquired from TCS and ordinary mail centers no mail is registered in their database.

I am sending them email to sent me the courier company name, registration/ tracking number of the mail but they are not replying relevantly.

I think we should definitely put up a fight.

i will share my contact and email correspondence with visa office soon.

I just recived email from london after status turn to Dm

need help i am in a real tight situation because i asked ndvo to waive off my wifes saudi pcc as its difficult to get one , also im finishing my contract and going exit to india beacuse of canadian PR BUT now it hs all turned in different way , i dont see a way to get my wifes saudi PCC now they have given me 1 month time agents here are saying 2 months that too not sure , i think i am out of the game all this 2 years i have been waiting for this eagerly because of dependant PCC i will be rejected it seems .

Binson, send a clear email explanation and ask for an extention. Include all documentation to show the efforts you ARE MAKING to get your wife's PCC and the time it will take to obtain it. Don't give up.
