I think the certificate is a good idea. But RE the PNP, it's true that in the International Student stream you have to apply within 2 years of graduation. But if you're not eligible there, perhaps you're eligible under the Foreign Worker stream?

cook and chef r totally diff position, to be a chef u need alot of experience, chefs r usually in the manager level, so its diff , totally diff,
with couple years of kitchen experience u should have applied under cook and not chef,

im a cook, and sometimes during events n stuffs someppl calls me chef, but that doenst make me a chef,
 
So what is the best idea to do now. But if i provide evidence that i am doing a chef duties and lot more things. And take a additional letter from employer. Would it be possible or not?
