After refusal i'm applying to kipps notes .then the results is that PA has not submitted all previous marksheets for the last academic program completed and/or the marksheets presented are not in chronological order .
Now i want to know what to do. i want re-apply visa. .

As you see the reason in the caips note , just rectify that and provide all your academic documents in order and re apply. Wouldn't be a problem!

Hello

Could you please specify the exact reasons mentioned on the refusal letter?

Paper application can be submitted with upfront medical. you can get all your documents including your medical for submission but since you dont have your medical report with you I think in my own opinion you should go for your medical again so that you can have upfront medical or you can submit without medical and when the time comes you will be asked to go for it

Funmi I already did my medicals before I was refused online,now I reapplied via paper all I seek to know is;
Will I get an updated as passed again or
I will just receive final decision from cic

Hi I applied on 23march 2016with all required documents but I got refused reason Purpose of study actually my schooling from K.S.A I Arabic medium then my +2&degree in English medium from india
I applied for ESL student visa please help me no chances getting visa for ESL
Refused on 30 th April then I reapplied on 6th may 2016
Please any buddy have idea in my cases in ESL full time &ielts coaching its getting visa or not

Certificate of my dad as a traditional ruler
Transcript
Notification of result (degree)
Tax receipt of my dad property
Tenancy agreement with the telecom company for space
Passport
Visa page,passport,and certificate of my bro who studied in UK an an came back
Admission letter
Medical passed

One reason spotted on your refusal was travel history, have you traveled in the past without declaring

Last time I applied,I have 2 sponsors support (my first cousin He is citizen of Canada want to provide my living cost, A company want to provide all education support, They both provide all papers required. And my own cad 19000/=. My father's property(Six stored building).

This time I want to re-apply with my own fund. (cad 40000/=) which will cover my tuition and living cost. In this situation do I have provide sponsors documents again?

my refusal tick marks are. You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay
1.Travel History ( I Traveled USA.UK.NEPAL.INDIA.BAHRAIN) . 2. Purpose of visit .3.Personal assets and Financial status.

Pleases someone advise me my intake is September16.

Thank you for your reply. First of all my acceptance is conditional, I have English for Academic Purpose language course at the
prior of my main course .which is that university also.university ask me for my Ielts score I told them I want to take their
English for Academic Purpose (EAP) language course. then university reply if I get acceptance for main course which is
Digital Audio Arts then they approve me for the EAP course. I got acceptance on main course and university gave conditional
acceptance to me EAP. I paid EAP admission fee and tuition deposit as university advised. EAP started on may 4th 2016 for
three month.
No my sponsor name Abu yusuf and mine is Abdul Wazed.yes i am applying for same course coz in my refusal letter VO write
you are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and demonstrate that your situation meets the requirement.

I am a Audio professional in my country .In our Country there is no formal study instituition on Digital Audio Arts.
That course is very relevent with work. I want to pursue this course for my skill development.
