Paper application can be submitted with upfront medical. you can get all your documents including your medical for submission but since you dont have your medical report with you I think in my own opinion you should go for your medical again so that you can have upfront medical or you can submit without medical and when the time comes you will be asked to go for it

Certificate of my dad as a traditional ruler
Transcript
Notification of result (degree)
Tax receipt of my dad property
Tenancy agreement with the telecom company for space

Last time I applied,I have 2 sponsors support (my first cousin He is citizen of Canada want to provide my living cost, A company want to provide all education support, They both provide all papers required. Thank you for your reply. First of all my acceptance is conditional, I have English for Academic Purpose language course at the
prior of my main course .which is that university also.university ask me for my Ielts score I told them I want to take their
English for Academic Purpose (EAP) language course. then university reply if I get acceptance for main course which is
Digital Audio Arts then they approve me for the EAP course. I got acceptance on main course and university gave conditional
acceptance to me EAP. I paid EAP admission fee and tuition deposit as university advised. EAP started on may 4th 2016 for
three month.
No my sponsor name Abu yusuf and mine is Abdul Wazed.yes i am applying for same course coz in my refusal letter VO write

I am a Audio professional in my country .In our Country there is no formal study instituition on Digital Audio Arts.
That course is very relevent with work. I want to pursue this course for my skill development.
