Reason were: purpose of visit and motivation to study this particular program is not reasonable based previous employment and education. Now applied again in a 16 months master program on 13th January 2021 for May intake. Hoping for a positive response this time.

Do not give up. Did you get GCMS notes for the refusal? That should help you to fix new application.
Why did you change from Diploma to Masters? Do you already have Masters?
A friend of mine also wants to apply to CBU, but he has MBA already.

I also have level of establishment in my gcms. What is your IELTS score in each?
 
Is it mandatory to get my gcms from someone within Canada? Can’t I apply from India and get it? Somebody pls explain about this.
