Passport Seva Kendra.. local passport office.. You can get a PCC without time duration and address there. Applicable only for applicants from India. That's recommended as police station PCC s have address limitations and cic doesn't like them generally.
 
hello guys,

Any one know last applications is co relate with new one application or not ?
i mean to say my application was refused fon grounds that my PCC provided not covering specific period (i.e) 2003 to 2010
now in new application i want to change my addresses which i mentioned in last application in order to get pcc from particular city. this would not effect my credibility , or misrepresentation ?

I spoke to the police and they said that they don't state the previous addresses on the PCC. Just the period. What can I do.

address should be mentioned otherwise IRCC officer may refuse the application on this ground PCC is not provided as required.
Better along with this PCC , explain in letter of explanation reason of such deficiency
 
I do not think they will compare the old application with the new one. I believe it is treated like a fresh application

thanks andy, thats a relief. Although my lawyer is handling it all yet i am being extra cautious. By the way, i have mentioned about 4 diffrenet addresses in the same city since 18 years of age. And my lawyer asked me to provide my nic scan also, which has my permanent address as different than present. Thats why I was confused.

I guess you should ask your lawyer to put only one address in one city and you ask police for one certificate from the beginning, make it simple dont make confusion for the immigration officer and the lawyer too... anyone can make your case ZERO

please let me know about last step of IRCC verification officer for EE application. My application is refused after 2 months and 10 days on bases non sufficient of PCC provided. it dosenot cover whole period.. Either it was last step of verification ?

I guess it means you havent provided the poljce certificate from 18 till date, some period in between is missing

Hey guys help me out here with the dates on Police certificate from pak,

I turned 18 on Nov 2007 but i have been working in UAE since March 2014, although i visit to pak quite often even after my job in UAE. Last month also i visited pak which is my recent visit.

So do i have to make certificate from the date i turned 18 until my last visit which is April 2017 or the day i entered UAE on employment visa?


Appreciate if anyone can guide me on that.

You have to show that from nov 2007 till march 2014 you were in pakistan and get the police certificate till that period after that from 2014 till date you are resident of UAE so you have to get Police certificate for this period from UAE..

Dont confuse your self.

Thanks for the response. I have got the certificate from dubai police but it has no period mentioned. It only says my passport details, name and good conduct in description and it has a validity of 3 months from the date of issue. I suppose this is normal?

This is totally misleading.

CIC always link all the applications you have sent to them and compare all info for credibility. They align everything to compare the information you have provided to them in the past.

A decision on your current application will be made on the claims made and documents you provide. But CIC will also review your past applications to know the reasons for rejection or any other issues to compare and ensure that those reasons are not repeating again.

Well you might have not read the experience where an applicant received a procedural fairness letter for the work experience which was not mentioned his/her previous applications (study and work permit) but suddenly on PR file was mentioned.

So this is not correct that they are only looking for rejection reason from past. They align all the info you are providing to them are consistent or not.

They are giving you Permanent Residency which is kind of the big deal for any country and they will thoroughly examine very bit of info you provide to them.
