Refusal - Police certifcate - Need Help

by mistake i provided CIC Pcc from 2010 onward , not from 2006 when i was 18th. so based upon it they rejected my application

Bro, doesnt matter... find a known person in police and you will get a certificate, from 2004 onwards... make from one city only....no issues

I would suggest make sure the data you enter about other cities match with your pcc, I have seen a rejection due to this. Someone did not provide Pcc for the place he studied in Pakistan.
Do not give them a reason to reject you directly.
If you mention any place since 18 years, make sure your provide the pcc for it.

What is the progress of your application. Have you received ppr as yet. I am asking this to understand the pcc issue you mentioned about yourself.

Bro I landed in November and got PR card... i mention in my application that i lived from 2004 till 2008 in karachi, but in actual i was living in hyderabad and in 2006 i moved to karachi.. but in application i showed from 2004 so i gave only from karachi not from hyderabad....

In my case i got PCC from China only for the time i was with working visa (They do not cover the time with tourist visa on a PCC). Anyway i will try to explain it when get ITA. Do you think I will have any problem? Is China rules, even someone goes there 1 year on a tourist visa, they can't issue a PCC.

I have lived in the same city(Peshawar) since the age of 18. However, my addresses have kept changing mutiple times. Would I have to take PCC for each address, or just for the fact that I have lived in this city/country and thats all?

Moreover, my permanent address on my nic is that of the village to which I belong, however, I have never lived there except for a day or two once in a while. Would I have to take PCC for my permanent address also?

Please guide me with this. Thanks you.

For any country if you are visiting they will definitely not issue the PCC, you just have to send an explanation with the pcc for the missing period

No, just ask for PCC in peshawar where you have lived after 18 years.... you dont have to take seperate pcc for every address.. just tell him that you are here since the age of 18 or may be before that

Just curious, wouldnt they demand one for my permanent address as its in my NIC?

No they wont ask you, but make sure you should mention only one address from one country in your express entry profile

thanks andy, thats a relief. Although my lawyer is handling it all yet i am being extra cautious. By the way, i have mentioned about 4 diffrenet addresses in the same city since 18 years of age. And my lawyer asked me to provide my nic scan also, which has my permanent address as different than present. Thats why I was confused.

this is to certify that Mr. X , National ID Number: xxx, address: (Current Address), has not come to the adverse notice of the Sri Lanka Police during the period from 01/01/1996 to 28/02/2012, 01/03/2012 to 05/05/2017 according to our records.
