Refusal of Visitors visa

Hi.
I'm a PR holder in Canada and I really wanted my mum to come and visit me this summer but unfortunately for me her visa application was denied twice. Reasons being that she has no Travel history. At this point in time am really confused as to what to do. Please can someone help me on what I can do at this point cuz it's really been long since I saw her. Thanks.

Did you get the refusal notes? Since you are a PR should be easy enough

Then see if you can adequately address the issues in the rejection explanation.

Hi the link am I supposed to fill and submit it in order to get a full detail as to why the visa was rejected or what?
And for the notes I got an attached document which stated the reasons for the denial.

Yes get the details, the refusal letter is just a checklist of reasons that everyone gets, the notes will contain the visa officers thoughts.

So if I want to reapply can I just do it now or do I need to wait for a while befirev

You can apply now but the getting the notes will take you 30 days or more.
