Refusal of Application for Study Permit

Below is the response I got for my application for study permit to study in Canada. Please, I would like to know what I need to do to strengthen my chances of getting an approval for the new application, your suggestions and comments will be helpful.

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(c) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the cost of transporting yourself and any family members who are accompanying you to and from Canada.

Well, I'd say it is not looking super bright for you =/

-Your travel history doesn't seem to help at all, to fix this, you would need to travel more abroad as a visitor and return (as I understand, countries like in Europe, USA, Australia etc). This doesn't seem feasible under short notice, so nothing to be done there.

-Seems you may have more familial ties with Canada than your country of origin, again, nothing to be done here, unless you have more family in your home country that you didn't list previously that would be as important or more important than the family you have in Canada.

-There's literally nothing you can do about this, seems the officer didn't think the purpose was valid enough that would you want to return to your country?

- The remaining 3 are regarding funds, so unless you can provide proof that you have more money than you already showed them (extra income), not much to do. Try and consider what extra proof of financial eligibility you have that will increase the amount you are showing in your application.

I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPR, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.

why should i do for this? i know its regarding the financial issue but if so how much should i show like the minimum amount for a tution fee of 20k canadian. pls reply
