Hello Everyone I applied for study visa under SDS rules. My IELTS score is 7 bands (not less than 6.5) I paid entire fees of course and GIC. But i got refusal saying "i can't pay my tuition fees without working in Canada" Even when i have already paid fees of whole course. 7th sep is last day...

No. . . General category don't require high IELTS score. But yes SDS require 6.5 bands with minimum 6 each
