Refusal..... need more Infomation about my refusal.

Hi guys,
i m From Sahiwal Pakistan,
I have done B.com, I Applied For Study visa in 22 Nov 2011,
And i got refusal on 15, Feb 2012,
Admission, ACCA Stouffville college Toronto
Personal Statement 30,000 CAD,
Father,s Assets, Bank Statement, Tax Docs Attached and source of income.
Write Affidavit For Leaving Canada at the end of Study,

Reason:
You Have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several Factors, Including:
1: Purpose of Visit
2: Your Personal Assets and financial Status.

And also My Living Address on Refusal Letter is Wrong.
I live in Sahiwal but Writing address is District Bhimber, Azad Jamu Kashmir.(My Name is Correct With Spell)

1 Reason is shocking for me.
And 2 :O

Wrong Address,

i m very upset about it.
need help what i should do, reapply for study permit or ????????

okay i think i have a solution.....

the visa officer was not satisfied with your purpose of visit. To prove that your purpose of visit is just studies, you need to write a very strong SOP (statement of purpose) of just one page. In this you need to explain as to why did you choose this certain university and this certain course and how this course is in sync with your previous education and why does this stream attracts you so much. etc etc etc

Secondly it does not matter if you show million dollar in your account. it does not guarantee a visa. One of my known had shown 140,000 CAD, then also his visa was rejected.
What matters is, your funds in the account are in sync with your parents annual income or else they believe you have borrowed that sum from some one for your visa. For every 2,000 CAD of income you should have a saving of 6,000 CAD
You showed 30,000 CAD as savings, so did you parents have an annual income of at least 10,000 CAD???? if not then you had to be in trouble.

You should re-apply with correct information and a better file.

Did you show the source of your personal income.......Secondly i think that college is the reason.........

Without looking at the notes of the visa officer it is not possible to find out the real reason behind the refusal.

However, having said that you most probably did not provide enough documentation to support your application for study permit.

Re-applying does not hurt, however, you have to look through your application once again carefully and find out what might have created the doubt in Visa officer's mind that resulted in refusal.

If you can take care of possible cause, then do re-apply.

stoner@ bro i think only college is problem you can see in "application status chc isb" in this fourm that guys who got admission in this college no got visa yet many got rejection and some are in waiting. other thing if chc not satisfy some other matter like not satisfy of college then they also object same resaon like leave canda nd finacial assets.So do't see your rejection reason and try to apply in university or govt.college that is mention is CHC college list. you got visa IN SHA ALLAH.

I think momi is right the college might be a reason because my friend also applied through Stouffville College but got refused and the reasons were same like Purpose of visit and Financial Status.
He filed his case on 30th Nov 2011 and got refusal letter on 28 feb 2012.

It is not just the college that can be blamed for refusal.

visa officer looks at a big picture and if the applicant appears to be a genuine student, then no problem in getting approval.

Re-apply with proper documentation and hopefully get the approval.

apply for caipnotes and get specific reason/statement of vo on your application.Do apply it costs only 40$ and 1 months you will get whole lot of information and solution to your problem.Dont ask anyone just apply
